One of the easiest and heartiest healthy meals I think I've prepared. And it doesn't destroy your kitchen. Corn, red potatoes, and shrimp topped with yellow onions, red and green peppers and garlic. Pink salt, black pepper, Tony Chacheres Bold, Old Bay, brown sugar and butter. A fresh side salad and watermelon says summer easy.
